The Scomberoides genus is a dominant fish group in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman, from the Carangidae family. Scomberoides commersonnianus is one of the three species of the genus Scomberoides, which is widely distributed throughout the Indian Pacific Ocean. Fish is usually consumed fresh, frozen, dry and salted, and its low price, texture and good taste make this species very popular.
